Our main deck has a gate to keep little ones and your dog safe from wandering. Also has a hose right as you come on the deck to wash off feet, paws, and beach toys.

Our open floor plan makes Beach Cliff popular with families. Lots of seating in the living room for watching TV, playing games or working a puzzle on a rainy day.

Well Equipped Kitchen and Seating for Eight at the Dining Table

Our kitchen is stocked with the family in mind. Lots of dishes, glasses and pots and pans! We provide a crock pot, blender, coffee pot and all the extras we think you'll need!

Downstairs King Master Bedroom with Private Bath

King Master Bed, Flatscreen television and DVD player. Writing desk with high speed internet. Hardwood floors and large walk-in closet. Private bath with tub shower combination.

Master Bedroom View Onto Screened Porch

Our master bedroom opens onto the screened porch and has a great gulf view.

Downstairs Queen Bedroom

Full main level bath is just outside the bedroom door. Television and DVD player.

Upstairs Queen Bedroom Overlooking Beach and Gulf

Our upstairs queen bedroom shares a full bath with the fourth bedroom. Tv, DVD player and ceiling fan.

Queen Bedroom Private Gulf Front Deck with Amazing Views!

Our upstairs deck is a fabulous place to watch dolphins swim by or the sunset. Perfect for reading or stargazing too.

Upstairs Fourth Bedroom with Full Twin Bunk Combination and Queen Sleeper Sofa

We have left both the queen sleeper and the bunk in this room to give guests the most options for the use of the fourth bedroom.

Main Level Wooden Deck with Hammock and Picnic Table

Our ground level deck is a great place to relax while you're grilling out or shucking oysters. We replace the hammock in the spring because everybody whines if it is missing when they come down.

Beach Cliff Gulf Front Vacation Home, Pet Friendly, Sleeps Eight (8) Guests

BEDROOMS:  Four (4) total.  Master King downstairs; second bedroom queen, downstairs; third bedroom, queen, upstairs; fourth bedroom, full/twin bunk combination, upstairs.

BATHROOMS:  Three full baths.  Downstairs master has private bath.  Second full bath downstairs and third full bath upstairs.

FEATURES AND AMENITIES:

  • Fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave, blender, crock pot, toaster, ample dishes, glassware, silver, pots and pans. 
  • Full sized washer and dryer in downstairs utility room. Starters of laundry supplies for your use.
  • Televisions in all bedrooms (flat screen in master and living room) and DVD players in living room and bedroom.  Movies, cards, puzzles and games for your use during your stay.
  • Free high speed internet and free long distance phone service from Mediacom.  Answering machine for your convenience.
  • Linens and towels provided (everything but beach towels).
  • Beach Chairs and porch furniture.  Usually some beach toys, floats, crab nets, and extras in the utility room you should feel free to use!
  • Gas grill with backup propane tank
  • Enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water
  • Hair Dryer, Iron, Ironing Board and Vacuum all provided
  • Central heat and air, ceiling fans in king and queen bedrooms.

No Smoking.  Pets limited to well behaved dogs only with prior arrangement and pet fee.

RENTAL RATES INCLUDE CLEANING AND TAXES.  PET FEE AND HOLIDAYS EXTRA! 

  • 2/1/13 TO 3/8/13:  $1881 per week.  Nightly stays possible.  Email for quote.
  • 3/9/13 to 4/12/13: $2907 per week.  Nightly only last minute.
  • 4/13/13 to 5/24/13: $2679 per week.  Nightly stays possible.  Email for quotes.
  • 5/25/13 to 8/16/13: $3363 per week.  NIghtly only last minute.
  • 8/17/13 to 10/25/13: $2679 per week.  Nightly stays possible.  Email for quote.
  • 10/26/13 to 3/8/14: $1881 per week.  Monthly Rates Available For January & February.
*Add $114 (includes taxes) for major holidays -- July 4th week, Labor Day Week, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.Weekly Pet Fee is $114 per dog (includes taxes)
